custom calibrations, we will need your PCM's HEX code.

To prevent HEX codes getting lost in cyber
space, we have provided a spot on the PHP forum where
customers can post their HEX codes -- only moderators
and administrators can see these posts. When your
custom tunes are ready to be downloaded, we will post in
the same thread to let you know that your files are
available.

Please be aware that there are sections of the forum
that are unavailable to unregistered guests; upon
registering, you will be able to view these areas.
We are happy to offer our customers the option of live online
support. By using the software available by clicking the
button above, we will be able to take control of your
desktop remotely and guide you through upgrades or
troubleshooting with you on the phone. You will be able to
see everything we are doing, and you can cancel the
session at any time. When the session is finished, the software
will completely uninstall itself from your computer.
Most of our products carry a 1 Year Warranty from the
manufacturer. For more information on product warranty,
please contact us.
We will be happy to address driveability issues within
30 days of receipt of chip/tunes. This does not
include changing any calibrations to different levels.
After 30 days, there will be a charge of $25/tune for
stock or lightly modded trucks and $50/tune for heavily
modded trucks to cover the time to rewrite your
calibration(s). CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR
SHIPPING BOTH WAYS ON ALL RETURNS. If you would
like to eliminate the possibility of having to return
your chip for driveability issues or to change/modify
the calibrations on your chip, we recommend purchasing
the FU Chip for stock or lightly modded trucks or the
FU2 Chip for heavily modded trucks.
A 15% fee will be charged for any item
returned over 20 days and for products that are not
returned in brand-new, sellable condition.
Custom Calibrations, Shipping, and Labor Charges are
NON-REFUNDABLE.
No refunds will be accepted after 90 days. Products will
be repaired or replaced only.
All refunds $250 or greater will be paid by check.
To ensure that items shipped to PHP can be properly tracked,
ALL returns MUST be accompanied by a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) form. To obtain your RMA number, please
contact us by phone or e-mail. Then fill out the RMA
online and print it or fill it out by hand and include
it in the box with your product.
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN AUTHORIZED RMA NUMBER!
